How do you calculate the monthly rate?
Our pricing is based on the number of active Dynamics 365 licenses, but with the principle of offering the lowest price for the customer.

To do so, we take 3 parameters into account:
- Number of licenses;
- Support usage (low, medium, high);
- Planned optimizations (low, medium, high).

These 3 parameters will be entered into a calculator, which will bring out the most advantageous price.
What's included in the plans?
All our plans, without exception, now include:
  • Update Insurance
  • Access to monthly webinars
  • One envisioning session per year
  • One yearly health check
  • From 1 to 12 one-hour session with one of our experts (self-service consulting)
  • Coordination for all requests, from support cases to optimization projects
How many support cases are included?
This will be determined by the number of licenses.
Will a case have an unlimited number of hours?
Yes, Gestisoft will track the hours/cases usage monthly.
What is the duration of the plans?
Plans will have an annual contractual agreement. Customers may choose to pay annually or monthly, but the term will be 12 months.
Do the product lines have different prices?
No, prices are the same for all product lines, and are added together if a customer has 2 product lines.
