Gestisoft proposes flexible support plans tailored to your needs, either on a per incident base or through an unlimited service level agreement. Gestisoft uses an internal CRM solution to manage the incidents, thus assuring you efficient and accurate follow-up.

In order to optimize our service, several support modes are available:

Regular Technical Support Service (Phone, Fax, E-mail)

Our technical support service is accessible by phone during the normal business hours, from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5 pm. We guarantee a fast reply to your call depending on the gravity of your problem and the terms of your service contract. Your technical problems and incidents can be sent any time by e-mail or fax, which will be answered with the same priority as the ones submitted by phone. The incidents sent by e-mail after business hours will be treated the following business day.

Extended Technical Support

For clients requiring technical support beyond normal business hours, Gestisoft can offer service level agreements tailored to their specific needs.

Internet Support

Thanks to web technologies, our support team can connect to your computer safely through Internet in order to identify problems and correct them. This assistance mode has the advantage of being more economical in allowingour service team to intervene faster and more effectively without having to be physically present.

Onsite Support

Certain support incidents may require that one of our specialist goes onsite to resolve the problem or that your project’s consultant directly intervenes. Having directly access to consultants, our support team can schedule an onsite visit when necessary.
